Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day the package is delivered. Returns that are posted after the 14-days will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address.

The customer must contact Modeface Ltd by completing and submitting the Returns Form in full within 14 days. Following modeface approving the return the unwanted item is to be shipped back to our distribution partners.

Items are to be shipped back via UPS, DHL, or Fed Ex with an active tracking number. The customer must complete the returns form to initiate the return and select how they wish to complete the return. The customer can either purchase a returns label through Modeface or return the item themselves to the returns address provided. In both cases the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

All returns must be in perfect condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, boxes, or dustbags. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent. For declined returns, the order will be shipped to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced.

Refunds will be made via PayPal or Debit/Credit Card within 10 business days of received and approving the returns. The time in which you receive your refund within your account will be dependent on the card issuing bank. Please contact your bank for detailsof their processing times.

Once you have submitted the returns form you’ll receive a confirmation email from Modeface within 24 hours. Once you’ve received it, you’re ready to return your item!

Here’s what to do next:

  1. Let us arrange your return:

    • To make things simple, we can arrange the return delivery for you and have the item collected.

    • Just let us know a convenient time for collection, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  2. Prepare your package:

    • Pack your item securely. It is important to ensure the product packaging (like shoe boxes or dust bags) isn’t damaged, as we can’t accept or refund returns with damaged product packaging.

    • Follow the instructions for attaching the label and customs invoice to ensure the 

  3. Refund processing:

    • Once we’ve received your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it is still in tip top condition.

    • If everything is in order, your refund will be processed within 10 working days from the receipt of your package.

  4. Payment fees:

    • Credit card payment fees from your original order are non-refundable. These fees are charged by the payment gateway. This will be deducted from your total refund along with the return postage fee where applicable.

  5. Shipment responsibility:

    • If you prefer to arrange your own return, please let us know. We’ll provide the delivery details, the shipment will be under your full responsibility until it’s received by ModeFace and please remember you are required to use DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
